The Kempe Approved Foodie Destinations
Our exciting weekend plans usually includes driving to one of our local favorite spots to eat. You may not find some of the obvious Central Iowa establishments on our list, probably cause they are too big, too noisy and well too obvious. We prefer small hole in the wall locally owned places. Most of our go to places are a little bit of a drive, most are in small central Iowa towns, all sell beef in some form and most have a decent beer/seltzer selection. The drive ensures that we get out for a bit but are still in bed by 10:-)
